- A full-time resident of Lake Conroe, Dana has built the relationships with the boating industry needed to offer a FULL SERVICE Boating operation.
Office Manager: Nancy and Laura Balzekas 936-856-4151- Nancy and Laura manage the business office and continue to be our TOP LEASING PERSONS year after year. With a keen sense of what Lake Conroe boaters expect when storing and launching boats and watercraft, both bring tremendous knowledge and enthusiasm to the operations of E-Z Boat Storage and Valet Launch.
History
The Richardson (Dana, sons Rich, Gary and Ben) have operated businesses on Lake Conroe since the Lake was developed in 1973. Being avid boaters, they bring a determination to offer their customers the same quality service they expect themselves. The Palms Marina at the end of FM 830 was developed and is operated by the Richardson Family. Gary and Ben saw the opportunity to renovate a supurbly located marina basin into a modern and efficient service provider for all types of pleasure boaters on Lake Conroe.
